Check-in and Check-out Time

• The check-in time is from 15:00 on the day of arrival.
• The check-out time is until 11:00 on the day of departure.

Reservation Cancellation

Ambient Resort reserves the right to cancel existing reservations in exceptional cases (such as the closure of the entire resort for organizational reasons) and will notify the guest at least five days before the intended arrival. In this case, the customer is only entitled to a refund of the amounts already paid for the reserved services and is not entitled to request any compensation or additional amounts from the company.

Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation policy applies in case of reservation cancellation: The reservation can be canceled free of charge up to 10 days before the arrival date. From 10 to 8 days before arrival: possible cancellation with a payment of 10% of the total amount. From 7 to 5 days before arrival: possible cancellation with a payment of up to 30% of the total amount. Less than 5 days before arrival: 100% payment for the cancellation of the house rental for the entire period.

Guarantee Conditions

Full payment is made at the reception. A credit card is required as a guarantee for your reservation. Your credit card will be charged according to the cancellation policy.

Smoking and Cleanliness

Smoking is not allowed indoors at Ambient Resort. In case of smoking, you will be charged a deep cleaning fee of 500 EUR. In case of significant stains or damage to our property, you agree to pay a cleaning or repair fee of at least 150 EUR, depending on the extent of the damage.

Parking and E-charging Stations

Parking in our parking lots and garages is at the owner’s risk. Ambient Resort is not responsible for any potential damages. Parking and the use of e-charging stations are free of charge.

Use of Bicycles and E-bikes

At your own risk, with an additional fee.

Pets

Pets allowed by prior arrangement.

Prices

All prices include VAT. The tourist tax is not included in the price and amounts to 0 EUR for ages 0-7, 1.56 EUR for ages 7-18, and 3.13 EUR per person per day for ages 18 and older.
